How do I get a reference number?
A reference number is automatically generated and sent to your email when you submit a document.
How often is the document status updated?
Statuses are updated in real-time as soon as a document is received, forwarded, or processed by any department in our office.
Can I track documents that were submitted physically?
Yes. All walk-in submissions are encoded into the system by our Records Section, and you will receive a reference number for tracking.
What should I do if my document is past its due date?
If your document is overdue, please contact the department currently holding the document or call our office at (052) 826 7382 for an update.
